Dr Neil Ouar
Dr. Neil OUAR is a plastic surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction surgery, microsurgery, cosmetic surgery of the breast and face, body contouring surgery and facial aesthetic medicine.
He holds a complementary specialized diploma in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, a university diploma in microsurgery, an inter-university diploma in head and neck anatomy and an inter-university diploma in surgical anatomy applied to plastic surgery.
Dr. Neil OUAR is a former intern and assistant chief of clinic at the hospitals of Paris. He was trained in the most important university centers in Paris. He is also a former pro-sector trainer at the Fer à Moulin School of Surgery and has trained many interns in surgical techniques. He joined the Paris Breast Center in order to make his experience available to a caring team that listens to their patients.
Dr. Neil OUAR has participated in numerous scientific studies in breast reconstruction and has published several articles in specialized journals. He has presented at several national and international conferences.
